A modern compact max/min alarm thermometer. Easy-to-use and cost-effective for liquid and semi-solid sampling with a memory function to store measured values The stainless steel probe is connected to the unit with a 1 metre cable. The thermometer probe can be clipped to the thermometer body for single-handed use.

For best results ensure the thermometers probe tip is immersed at least 10mm into the substance being tested, as the sensor is located in the bottom 10mm of the probe
