ATP Instrumentation's Probe Thermometer is designed for ease of use with a splash-proof probe and offers fast response, accurate and repeatable readings using a precision NTC thermistor sensor. Suitable for food temperature measuring meeting HACCP requirements. The stainless steel probe is hard-wired to the unit. It can be clipped to the instrument body for single-handed use. The LCD display has a backlight for use in low light environments.
