Water-resistant, accurate thermometer with fast response

ATP's high accuracy probe thermometer is a water-resistant food and catering thermometer with Lumberg connector and detachable thermistor probe. The Digimate FM35 digital thermometer has a temperature measuring range of -40C to +110C, with 0.5C accuracy. It complies with HACCP requirements and allows operators to meet practical and legislative demands of the Food Temperature Control Regulations(1995).

To prevent cross-contamination we recommend that probes are cleaned with disinfectant wipes.
