It combines a 1:1 infrared thermometer for non-contact measurement of surface temperatures with a stainless steel folding penetration probe thermometer for core temperature measurements from -40°C to +260°C.
This combination contact and non-contact infrared thermometer is ideal for food temperature measuring in food preparation and food service applications.
