Reversible Temperature Checker Cards for Chillers and Hot Cabinets

· Checker cards change colour with temperature using LCD technology
· On ColdZone™ cards the word OK appears against a green background when storage area or cabinet is operating within recommended temperatures and changes to black to indicate temperature is too high
· HotZone™ cards for hot cabinets show the word OK against a red background indicating the cabinet is operating within recommended temperatures and changes to black to indicate temperature is too low
· HotZone™ card colour change occurs at 65°C from black to red with the OK symbol clearly visible.
· ColdZone™ checker cards are available at 5°C and 7.5°C
· Accuracy is ± 0.5°C
· Can form part of HACCP procedures
