ATP Instrumentation's AC-4001 and AC-4008 Eban Coating Thickness Meters are advanced, high specification, portable instruments with the most up-to-date technology and rich functionality.
The Coating Thickness Meters measure coatings on metallic substrates using the magnetic induction or eddy current principles for accurate measurement of the coating thickness.
AC-4001 measures coatings on ferrous substrates
AC-4008 measures coatings on ferrous & non-ferrous metal substrates
Coatings including paint, lacquer, plastic, rubber & epoxy.

Both models of coating thickness meter:
· Measure metric microns and imperial thou/mil
· Easy to use - place the probe on the coating to be measured, reading is displayed until the next measurement has been taken
· Detachable flexible lead
