A Traceable Calibration Service
ATP offers a traceable calibration service for all instruments including test equipment calibration, meter calibration and thermometer calibration. We offer a quick turnaround, and we will provide you with a 'traceable calibration certificate' once the work has been completed. We also operate an automatic 'Instrument Recall' procedure when your test equipment is due for re-calibration.
All test equipment calibration work is undertaken strictly in accordance with the manufacturers' instructions. We will supply you with a fully documented report including all costs, prior to starting any calibration work (subject to an evaluation charge).

In today's industry more test equipment is being used without being checked for accuracy, yet the accuracy of the instrument / meter could be the difference between losing a whole process/batch of your product or being correct first time. In addition, if your company is ISO certified, then having all test equipment calibrated is normally part of the auditable procedure.
The importance of test equipment calibration is not just to check the values, but also to help you understand that the value you are reading is 'true'.
Having your test equipment calibrated by ATP will give you the confidence that the test equipment or meter readings are within the specified accuracy. All calibrated test instruments will be issued with a calibration certificate, which is 'traceable' to national standards, proving that the device has been checked and verified. This shows the auditor and your customers that the test equipment you use is calibrated to the required accuracy.
The calibration certificate will list any errors that the instrument has, allowing you to calculate accurate values when producing a report for your clients.

You can specify additional points, but this must be done at the time of ordering. Price per point varies by calibration certificate. Conformity and Certification
All controlling equipment is required to have a precise accuracy for the purpose for which it is being used.
Verification to an authorised standard (ISO 9000) is also mandatory and you are required to hold a calibration certificate on file, which must be issued by a competent authority, to ensure that all the requirements of ISO 9000 have been met.
If the instrument/test equipment cannot be calibrated, then ATP Instrumentation Ltd offers a full repair service (subject to an evaluation charge), for all instruments.
