ATP's Range of Food Thermometers

Our range of food thermometers consists primarily of probe thermometers. These are ideal for penetration directly into food and are available with a variety of features for easy use. Non-contact measurement is provided by a selection of Infrared thermometers. These are perfect for checking the holding temperature of plated food and warming trays. It is not best practice to use them to check food temperature due to only indicating surface temperature. But they can be used to check semi-solid temperature by creating a small cavity with the food and pointing the sensor inside it. We also have a selection of fridge and freezer thermometers perfect for maintaining storage area temperatures. Many storage areas including those used when transporting food must be constantly maintained. This can be easily achieved with the use of a Temperature Data Logger.
